The PGA Buying Summit exhibitor news release template allows you to easily insert your company and product information for distribution to media regarding your Summit participation and product announcements at the upcoming event. Be sure to identify as a “news release” in the document name and add to the “Upload Documents” section of your company profile.

The exhibitor press kit template has been designed for you to seamlessly compile all essential media materials, ensuring they are readily available for attending media at the Summit. Be sure to identify as a “press kit” in the document name to add your kit to the “Upload Documents” section of your company profile.

The PGA Buying Summit's partnership with The Golf Wire, a daily e-newsletter reaching 100,000 golf industry executive subscribers, provides exhibitors with one (1) free news release submission, available between June 1, 2026, through July 29, 2026. The release must include details of participation in the Summit within the press release text.

Submitting Your News Release 

1. Format your release as a word document 
2. Send your news release and any related high-quality JPEG images to [email protected] with subject line "2026 PGA Buying Summit - Frisco" when submitting your release.

• The PGA of America digital team will provide extensive coverage of the event at PGA.com and on PGA of America social channels.  Send exhibitor media announcements to  [email protected] with the subject of "2026 PGA Buying Summit – Frisco."
