The Exhibitor Directory

The online exhibitor directory at PGABuyingSummit.com is an important resource for PGA of America Golf Professionals, retailers, and MEDIA to learn more about your company. Included in your booth package, the directory allows your company to showcase the following in your exhibitor listing: company name, description, brands, product categories and listings, booth number, address, phone number, website URL, press releases and more.

Access the exhibitor dashboard to complete your company profile and help attendees discover you and your products. This step is key to increasing your visibility before, during and after the event to engage with more potential buyers and unlock business opportunities.

A PGA Buying Summit exhibitor news release template has been designed for you to easily insert your company and product information for distribution to media regarding your Summit participation and product announcements at the upcoming event. Add news release to the “Upload Documents” section of your exhibitor profile and share with media partners identified below.

FREE News Release Submission to The Golf Wire

The PGA Buying Summit's partnership with The Golf Wire, golf's daily electronic newsletter reaching 100,000 golf industry executive subscribers, provides exhibitors with one free news release submission regarding Summit participation, available between June 15, 2024, through July 31, 2024. The release must include details of participation in the Summit within the press release text; use an e-mail subject heading of "Wire: PGA Summit 2024" & be sent to [email protected].

  • News release should be attached as a word document and any images as jpegs. Limit one release per exhibiting company; one release per email.
  • The Golf Wire is offering a 25% discount for One-Year Basic or Preferred News Release Packages to Summit exhibitors who are new TGW subscribers. FREE News Release Submission to The First Call

The PGA Buying Summit's partnership with The First Call, golf’s daily digital newsletter reaching thousands of consumers and golf industry executives, provides exhibitors with one (1) free news release submission regarding Summit participation, available through June 15 through July 31, 2024. The release will run in The First Call newsletter and be posted online (firstcallgolf.com) and must include details of participation in the Summit within the press release text; use an email subject line of "PGA Summit 2024" and be sent to [email protected]

  • News release should be attached as a word document and any images as jpegs. Limit one release per exhibiting company; one release per email.
  • The First Call is offering a 20% discount for a year-long subscription to submit unlimited press releases to any exhibitor that signs up prior to July 31, 2024. For information, contact Glenn Gray at [email protected]

PGA Magazine & PGA.com

Submit your company product news to the PGA of America's influential media properties:

  • PGA Magazine - PGA Magazine will provide comprehensive event coverage in PGA Magazine and PGAMagazine.com. Email equipment/technology topics to [email protected] and fashion/accessory topics to [email protected] with the subject “2024 PGA Buying Summit - Frisco.”
  • PGA.com – The PGA digital team will provide extensive coverage of the event at PGA.com and on PGA of America social channels.  Send exhibitor media announcements to [email protected] with the subject of “2024 PGA Buying Summit - Frisco.”

Know Your PGA Buying Summit Show Media Badge Classifications

  • The registration system for ALL attendees is designed to preserve the business-to-business environment of the PGA Buying Summit. All attendees have been asked to supply golf industry business/media credentials in the registration process.
  • Editorial media badges are available to reporting media professionals representing broadcast, print, or digital media platforms.  Media must provide supporting press credentials/documentation upon application.
  • Influencer media badges are for active golf content creators with an engaged following on an established social media platform may apply for an Influencer media badge to create golf/golf lifestyle content and promote their appearance at the event.
  • Non-editorial media badges are available for professionals representing a media outlet in a non-reporting capacity or media/PR professionals representing an allied golf organization or contracted by an exhibiting company.  Supporting credentials must be provided upon application.
